Yea, I guess the liabillity could be an issue if you just throw names up
without due process.  What could be done without liabillity, though, is
to put up a page that displays the status of any and all requests for
source code.  Let the reader judge for themselves, but it gives very bad
press to those that never comply.  I don't know, it sounds like an
activist sort of thing to do but what else can you do?
