Problems using NT Validation for WinVNC 3.3.3 R9 running on NT 4.0

Rob,

What is InitUser?  It's certainly nothing to do with VNC, so it does sound
as though you're running some other third-party software based on VNC,
rather than a standard VNC distribution.
