Question: Removing VNC From Startup

I was wondering if anyone knew how to prevent VNC from
automatically starting up when I start up my computer
(I'm using WinXP).

I don't frequently use VNC and I would rather not have
it running when I don't use it.  While I could, of
course, stop it once its up, I was hoping that there
was some way to stop it from coming up until I want it
to come up.
