Is it possible to get real vnc to work on too accounts on WinXp maschine?

I have to accounts, but when I`m trying to change it will not show the picture
for the
other account. Is it possible to get this to work?

If i connect a monitor I can see that the VNC server is not loadet in that
account...
What do I do wrong?

I hope somone understand what I mean?
