Heya. If your clients are running Windows, then EchoVNC
(www.echovnc.com) is the easiest solution. It's a connection
utility that works with any flavor of VNC server or viewer.
Simply install it on your client's PC's, and have them configure
it to connect to an echoserver that you administer. You will
then be able to connect to them without any port-forwarding
adjustments.
