How to get inactive displays to continue sending polls?

Hi,
I have the following problem. At my computer I have two
xservers running. One for me and one for my wife. Its
easy, just hit CTRL-ALT-F9 (F10) and you are in your
environment.

Now I have enabled the vnc module and its working fine
for one of the displays. The one that is currently active
on the server. You can vnc to it from anywhere and work.

But you cannot do anything with the inactive until you
switch to it at the server (CTRL-ALT-Fx)

Now, I would like to set the Xserver so it continues
to send polls for events even if its inactive, but could
not find in the documentation how to do it. Has anybody
a clue of what I need to do?
