problems with cyrillic input

Currently, TightVNC is not well internationalized, and it does not
have any special support for non-latin keyboards. That may look
strange that TightVNC team is based in Russia and TightVNC cannot
handle cyrillic input, but that's the case...

We'll try to solve such keyboard problems in the future.
