It is 'gdm' problem. With default configuration, gdm does not
accept XDMCP query (by '-query' option with Xvnc). Enable gdm to
accept XDMCP query with editing 'gdm.conf' file (usually,
/etc/X11/gdm/gdm.conf), 'Enable=1' in [xdmcp] section.
