Connection Closed

Hi All 
 
need assistance ..... I'm trying to achieve to activate/run VNC server in one of ou server remotely from my home (via VPN).
 
I've done the following actions:
 
1) Use PsExec to run WinVnc.exe remotely. VNC server started in Task manager but not shown in the taskbar
2) USe VNCPWD to change the password and password is changed successfully.
 
However, when i tried connecting to the VNC server, a window promted "Connection closed" after entering the correct password.
 
Any idea what's the cause?
