Connection reset by peer

Hello
I have a problem with VNC viewer
I have the error:  read:connection reset by peer (10054)
The server is on version 4 on a windows 200 server and the client is on 
XP PRO with no firewall.
Can someone help me.

(I think this is a good translation; I am better with Spanish or Chinese )
