AFTER setup of the service pack 2,
stop the vnc server with 'winvnc -kill',
then restart it with 'winvnc'

xp will ask what you want to do after restarting vnc...

for easy access, place winvnc and dll's in the windows dir.

I just downloaded sp2 for windows xp on both my local and remote
machines. When I try to connect from my remote machine, I get "Failed to
connect to server". This was not happening before the "upgrade". I have
made no changes in the vnc config.
