VNC is not Citrix/Terminal Services. VNC accesses the framebuffer that is actually displayed to the user. It has no real multiuser capabilities.

Yes, more than one user can log onto the same machine...But, as far as i
know you can not do seperate things on the machine that you are both vnc'd
into..
