v4.0 problem

    Hello
    I used the 3.3.7 version for a long time, but it had bugs in the 
windows xp login. But sometimes it worked. I changed to the new version 
(4.1) and now i cant even log in the vnc server...when i am at a linux 
client, i got this:

When i am at a Windows Client, i got nothing but a top window bar, 
without any image...the same for Java viewer

What can i doto prevent this and use the software?
