ADSL problem

Hi folks,

This is newbie question, so i ask for patience right here :)

I've just installed adsl modem at home and want to connect to this computer 
from elsewhere on VNC.
I did it normally on 56k modem and it worked nice (if it is possible on 56k).
The adsl connection configures itself as 640k/160k.
I can connect to the pc but the remote screen window is black.
When i move mouse over it, cursor is moving at home.
Line speed estimate is 0 kbps acording to VNC Connection Info.

But it works the way around. I can connect successfully FROM my home pc to 
any vnc enabled machine that i have access to. Including the one that was 
unsuccessful connecting to home pc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated !
