can't connect behind Linksys

If you have a switch or a crossover cable around you can try setting a
computer up on the WAN side of the router.

VNCSERVER-----LAN-ROUTER-WAN-----vncclient computer
(Leave alone                          )(chane wan IP to static private
(eg. 192.168.20.2 and vnc client to same ip range and mask
192.168.20.3)

then you can verify that the router is not the problem
