I had VNC running fine and now I cannot get it to run after upgrade to 4.0

 

XP Pro SP2 on server and client

All fire walls turned off

Linksys BEFW 11S4 Router

Ports forwarded 5800, 5900 on router

Removed VNC from both systems

Re installed VNC

Cannot get it to run

Error message: server closed connection unexpectedly

 

I am not a techie so if you tell me what to do please tell me how.

I really need to get VNC up and running.
