error to connect

Hi
i run vnc viewer in my computer that have 192.168.0.100 with win 2000; i run
vnc server in user mode in my brother's computer 192.168.0.101 with windows xp
home and when i try to connect i got a window: unable to connect to host:
connect refused(10061).

i disable firewall in win xp, i verify the configuration of the vnc server,
but i still receive the windows error.

What is happenning with this diabolic situation?
