Windows vncviewer question

Hi,

I have a question regarding windows vncviewer that I could not find an answer 
for in online documentation or FAQ. I am trying to set up vncviewer such that 
the password does not have to be supplied. The way I did this on my linux 
machine was doing something like 

vncpasswd

give the password and create the passwd file. And then call vncviewer as

vncviewer -paswd ~/.vnc/passwd

This works on linux. However, I could not find analogous option for Windows 
vncviewer. I copied the passwd file to the windows machine from the linux but 
I don't know how to use it for windows vncviewer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
