Starting service in windows safe

Thanks for the response, actually VNC can be accessed when windows is in
safe mode, with networking enabled.
That is when I start VNC manually (-run switch), but when the VNC
service is installed it cannot be started in safe mode.
 
This means tat for tech support I have to have someone sitting by the
computer waiting for it to restart and then log on and start the
service. With some of our users even this is to much to ask :-)
 
Again I will appreciate any suggestions.
