Install VNC on Solar 2.6

Greetings,

I would like to install VNC on a Sun Spac Ultra 5
running Solaris 2.6.  We use it as a network work
management station running HP Openview, which stays
active on the desktop always.

Not being very familiar with Solaris and considering
the importance of this management station, I want to
do my homework before trying to install VNC.

The Sun runs on a local network, and I would like to
use VNC to connect into the Sun station and view the
running HP Openview session that is active on the
desktop.

Can anyone provide some pointers for successful
installation of VNC on Solaris 2.6?  Am trying to
avoid having much downtime.

If someone has much experience with Solaris 2.6 and
VNC, it would be worth a couple of hours of consulting
to assist in the installation of VNC.
