problems with VNC

I've worked with VNC many times, but a week ago, I've got a problem. I've got
the VNC Service running on an W2K prof., but when someone tries to connect it
didn't found the PC, and... another problem is when I could see the black icon
(someone is trying to connect), but it's only black a second... and
disconnect. What I'm missing?

I check my IP through www.showmyip.com, and I put a password in the VNC... and
I change the autenthificate options.. but doesn't work. I uninstall VNC and
download again... but the problem does'nt solve...

Any idea?
