Need help with my local network ...

Not sure I understand what u mean.
On both computers I have :
Accept connections on port : 5955
Serve Java viewer via HTTP on port : 5855.

I tried again to use vncviewer from icon "Run vncviewer" or from explorer "http://192.168.0.1:xxxx" (is there a difference ?) and in the following cases :
192.168.0.1:55, 192.168.0.1:5955, 192.168.0.1:5855 (btw I thought xxxx was supposed to be 0 !?)
I don't see the error message "unable to connect to host: Connection timed out (10060)" but nothing happens :/ In those 3 cases I can see vncviewer running in task manager but there is no pop up window or something.
