Wow, I finally figured out how to get the client to work at least. Since I changed ports I needed to tell the client to connect to "myhost:7900." Still no such luck on the java side. What's odd is that it appears at first to be connecting as it says web site found, but then it errors out to the "cannot find server" error. Mike
