Jeff, You only need to avoid using Fast User Switching if you are running the server under XP. The viewer works fine with FUS. Have you tried VNC Viewer 4.0 Beta 5? It's very stable and much improved over the old VNC 3 series viewer. Wez @ RealVNC Ltd.
