I did install ultra vnc RC11d it works fine ad transfer files between winXP
and win98 witouth any problem.
Thanks for the help, this solves my needs.

Well I'm gald to hear this, but I still believe the file
transfer is only from windows to windows...

The neither Unix server nor client seam to offer the function...

I may be wrong...
