By default xf4vnc installs the 'Xvnc' server binary into
/usr/X11R6/bin, whereas others have installed in /usr/bin.

You need to make sure that when you've installed xf4vnc that
you really are running the one in /usr/X11R6/bin. So, check
that Xvnc doesn't exist in /usr/bin.
