Windows XP and vncviewer

Ok, I've been all through the archives, google and realvnc's site. I still
have a XP pro machine that cannot run the viewer. I get stuck with the
"please wait - initial screen loading". The server is running win2k and can
be accessed from any NT or win2k machine just fine. If you try from XP, no
go. I have disabled fast user switching and have shut down terminal
services, still no good. Will it just not work at all under XP? are there
more services I need to shut down?
