Need Help Scripting an install of RealVNC Server

Does anyone have experience scripting an install of RealVNC Server for remote deployment.  I want to add a script to the logon of specific accounts so that when the logon it will automatically install VNC Server on their machine so I can access it for maintenance.  This would be deployed on window based computers.

 

Also, is there a stealth mode option where I can work in the background?  Or monitor their work?
