Behind Router with dynamic IP address

Hello,

 

I am behind a router which causes my networked computers to have local
IP addresses all in the 192... range.  Plus, although on always-on
broadband, my IP is not static and can change should I have to reboot,
etc.

 

Thus, I have not been able to connect to my server.
