loosing connection and whole Network-connectivity also lost

Hi!
I4ve a problem here with ALL VNC-versions:
I get a fine connection to all my VNC-servers, but after about 2-5 min. I4m
loosing the connection and with the connection gone the complete
Networkconnectivity of my PC is also gone.
I can4t even ping any computer (except myself).
very strange.
With my second PC in my LAN I don4t have any problems at all (in all
Versions).


My computer is a compaq evo N1020V with a Realtek RTL8139C+ Fast Ethernet
NIC (latest driverVer:5.612.413.2004).
OS: w2k server with SP4.

Maybe someone knows whats the Problem!
