Scott, The comments at http://faq.gotomyvnc.com/fom-serve/cache/76.html claim that it's necessary to "Disable the Welcome Screen", which isn't true. Disabling Fast User Switching and Remote Desktop are also not strictly required. Cheers, Wez @ RealVNC Ltd.
