Gary, Regarding your scrolling issue, you might wish to try VNC Viewer 4b4, which has rate-limited bump-scrolling. The next VNC Viewer release will include toggle-able Alt and Ctrl menu items in the F8 Menu. Cheers, Wez @ RealVNC Ltd.
