No Monitor. realvnc dies

In the post datbase I found several posts on this, but not exactly what I am
looking for.
Maybe somebody can help me?

I have a laptop running WXP-home, which is the viewer
and a system with No Monitor, mouse of keyboard, the server running
WXP-professional

When i make the conenction, realVNC starts up and works but is extremely slow
and crashes within the next 5 minutes.

WHen I connect a Monitor (I think even when I disconnect it after full
boot...) this problem does not occur.

What can I do to fix this problem, so that I do not need to use a monitor?
