Launch a browser to http://gotomyvnc.com/ and it will tell what public address your ISP's given you. Those two addresses are probably private addresses attributed by your DSL modem.
Once you've determined your public address but your VNC server can't be connected, you have to take a look at how your modem is working. Has it got some port filtering? Does it do port forwarding? Or can it do NAT? etc, etc
