Okay. So you do want to to run the VNC Viewer on the Dreambox.

You still have not given *any* indication of which versions of VNC you are
attempting to run. Debian has support for many architectures, and has many
versions of vnc available.
Anyway. Other useful info at this point would be:
The output of:
ls -l vncviewer
With luck the Dreambox will have the 'file' command. If not, the last command
will complain and not provide anything useful.
An indication of how much you know about Linux might help, since it makes it
easier to judge what kind of info to put into replies.
