Is this Putty SSH client configured ok?

If I open up the router at work for incoming on port
5900 and outgoing on 5900 (No displaynr in VNC
configured) so that I can connect to my workcomputer
from home, and want to use Putty SSH:

Should Tunnelconfiguration in Puttyclient be like:

Source port: 5900
Destination: localhost:5900    ??

In this example

port 5904 is used, but I only have one server that I
want to connect to. Shouldn't I use 5900 in Putty as
well as in my router and VNC settings?
