Si Alejandro...

Haga lo siguente:

Primero Tienes que arancar un "viewer" en "listen mode".  Para esto hay
un menu position.

Segundo, Tu cliente tiene, que startear el "Server".

Y tres, CON EL BOTON DERECHO, Tu cliente tiene que selectionar el Icono
del "Server" en el "Icon Tray", (esta abajo a la derecha), le viene un
menu, alli tiene el que escoger "Add Cleint"

En la ventana que aparece, tu cliente pone el addresse de tu machina, y
se connectan.

Para mis clientes, he hecho un "Short Cut", en el desktop, que hace 
lo del connect client.  El commando es 

winvnc -connect <hostname>:<window>
