Allow access from all IPs both internal and External

I have the free version of Zonealarm on my PC and I have the basic
protection of a linksys router. The router has port forwarding for 5800.
In addition I thought that the firewall might be an issue but it blocks
internet access to a program until its approved, and I have approved it to
access the net, as can be seen by me being able to access it from other
local machines.
Thanx for your help,
Yonatan
