problem with vnc4 to access vmware4.5.1 on windows XP

Hi,

we run into a problem with the combination vnc4/vmware. We have 
installed vmware 4.5.1 on a Windows XP computer and want to access this 
computer with vnc to use the virtual machines.

vnc4 runs nice as long as I'm not 'in' the virtual machine. But I'm not 
able to use the mouse within the virtual machine of vmware, the 
movements do not match the actual mouse position.

Does anybody knows a workaround for that? And is this a known bug that 
will be fixed or is it only my configuration, that is wrong somehow.

We tried with 3.3.7 and 4.0 viewers, both have the same problem. It did 
work with 3.3.7 viewer and 3.3.7 server. And we have tried to render the 
cursor locally and to use version 3.3 protocol only, no difference.
