I do not have the winvnc.exe set to load at startup, yet the server is indeed running in the background and others (with the password) can connect and run my computer. And there is no VNC icon in taskbar showing me it is running or allowing me to disconnect. How can I totally turn the server off, making it unavailable until I manually load it? Thanks.
