VNC 4.0 - mouse cursor flicker problem ...

We are having a problem using tools like x2vnc with the new 4.0 server

The behavior also happens when doing a 4.0 viewer<->4.0 server connection.

On the viewer, the cursor is rock solid,
on the server, the mouse cursor is constantly flickering. 
which makes it unusable with tools like x2vnc

the 4.0 server was tested on two win-2k boxes, and one xp-pro box with sp1

the 4.0 viewer was test on a xp-pro, sp1 and a win-2k box

the server behaved the same (mouse cursor flicker) when using a 3.3.7 
viewer from a solaris 5.8 box.
