That is due to hardware acceleration: VNC on M$Windows works by peeking in the 
video memory (polling the display) and sending over the changed parts. If you 
happen to use hardware acceleration, then the video is not stored in the 
videomemory and hence VNCserver does not see it.

So if you want to see your video inside a vnc-session, disable video acceleration.

btw: the vnc-server polling meganism (what part of the screen to poll) can be 
adapted at the vncserver controls. However, do not expect a streaming video...
