Problem connecting to Vnc server In Redhat 9 from windows 98

Hi all,
 
I am experiencing problem connecting to a linux box which is running Redhat 9 from windows 98 but i can connect from the redhat 9 server to the windows 98 running vnc rerver instead. 
 
the error which is displayed when connecting to the linux box from win98 is : "unable to connect to host: connection refused(10061).
 
i have started the vncserver in the linux box. i would appriciate if any one can help me with this problem.... 
 
i have tried all possible ways to operate the vncserver in linux box for win98 to connect but it not workinh out.
