Connection Timed out Problems

I just made an instant clean connection after downloading VNC version 4.0
however now I just get a "unable to connect to host:Connection timed out
(10060). What is happening?

[demime 0.99d.1 removed an attachment of type image/gif which had a name of morningcoffee2.gif]

[demime 0.99d.1 removed an attachment of type image/gif which had a name of transparent.gif]

[demime 0.99d.1 removed an attachment of type image/gif which had a name of beans2.gif]
