Help setting up AdderLinkIP.

Hello Folks,

We host a rack of linux servers & use an OmniView PRO 16 (NOT the Pro II -
but the model before - about 2.5 years old) to access their consoles.

I was Adder to check & they stated that the unit would work with this KVM.

Our setup has the AdderLinkIP behind our Watchguard firebox V60L - and I
opened port 5900 (and 5800 just in case).

What I am getting is:

1. Local - works fine - Scroll Lock twice & then bank number / unit number
switches machines just fine.

2. But remote access allows everything EXCEPT changing machines - hitting
Scroll Lock Twice & then the bank/unit numbers has no effect.

Can anyone advise?  Where might I find out?  And what is the Arrow pointing
to the top-left on the remote 'access' screen?

I have tried this with vncviewer.exe (checked the latest version OK) & the
Java web applet - both behave in exactly the same way.
