 If you want the shortcut, you should run the full install package and just
select to install the viewer, no server. If you download the viewer only, it
will just be the program and no install program that would install a
shortcut. Hope this helps. - Marc

Hello:
Short and Sweet: Why don't I have any program going into my Start/Programs
menu when I try to download the viewer program for VNC? I tired this on both
a 98SE and an "ME" machine and get no program or icon in the task bar (as I
did on the "home" machine with the server/viewer combo). And, of course,
nothing in windows explorer.
Should I run the "package"? Anybody for "Mr. Stupid"?
