VNC 4.0

   I  removed  VNC  3.3.7  (Windows 2000 server OS) to install 4.0. After
   installation  both  versions start up but the 4.0 is not accepting any
   connections,  even  after I shut down version 3. version 3 still works
   ok. Can anyone help? I would like to just have version 4.
