VNC's on Redhat ES3.0

Hi

    I am trying to setup 25 VNC terminals on a Redhat ES3.0 server, but I
keep being asked for a VNC password which I setup as user "root"  I input
the password but it does not get accepted, I want to get rid of this
password requirement and just have the user normal login and password.
    Any quidance as to how to set this up ?
