Using VNC with MS Vitual PC.

Hello,
I am trying to VNC into a Win2K box and then control a separate instance of Win2K using MS virtual PC. I connect to the remote host, launch the second instance of win2k, but I have no mouse control within the second instance of win2k. I was wondering if any one has gotten this to work. 
What I am trying to accomplish is to use an IPSec client with split tunnelling disabled and still have local resources, local resources via main OS, and VPN connectivity via the second instance of win2k. Works great if your sitting at the workstation.
