i wish see linux in windows

Hi

I installed VNC 3.37 in linux redhat 9 in the following machine:

video card: nvidia gforce4 go 64MB AGP4X  1024x768 24bit depth

i installed VNC 3.37 in windows in the followin machine:

video card: Speedstar A200 8MB AGP 2x 1024x768 monitor 15"

i put Xvnc in linux:

#Xvnc -geometry 1024x768 -depth 24 -pixelformat RGB888 :1
all ok!
in windows
click in VNC viewer, write hots:nuberdisplay and ok and appear a screen in 
gray colour, i need that appear the desktop linux how i do this?
